All abstracts will be subjected to an evaluation process by the Abstract Committee to assess the suitability for inclusion in the conference programme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Abstracts must be submitted online via the IPRaDA.org<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3.  Abstracts that have been previously presented at another meeting should not be submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission before submitting the abstract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Abstracts will be published as received. Typing or other errors made by the authors will not be corrected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Use MS Word to type abstracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7.  Use Arial font and font size 11, single space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The whole abstract body must not be longer than 400 words. This does not include title, authors, designation, affiliation, and keywords.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Type the title in CAPITAL LETTERS, followed by the name(s) of the author(s). For the name write the first name, followed by the surname. Underline the presenting author.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Include the affiliation of all the authors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11.  Leave a one-line space between the authors\u2019 institution and the beginning of the text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. The body of the abstract should be organized as follows:\n
      \n
    • State the main objectives and scope of the investigation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Describe the methodology employed<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Summarize the results<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • State the main conclusions reached<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recommendations on the practical application may be made.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No illustrations may be included in the abstract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • References are not required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Desist\/Abstain from concluding with \u201cpromise of additional data\u201d or with \u201cresults will be discussed\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Provide a list of five to six keywords at the end of the abstract, in alphabetical order and not already used in the title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Those selected for an oral presentation will be expected to submit a full write-up paper by January 10, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
